Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning programme arose from the need to prepare our athletes adequately for the rigors of martial arts training as well as regional, national and international competition. We created our own range of programmes to create better all round athletes who were not only fitter, faster and stronger, but also less susceptible to injury. We have a strong ethos at the school for looking after our members and helping them maximize their training potential while staying injury free.

All programmes are tailored to the individual athlete through consultation. We offer age appropriate and best practice strength and conditioning programmes for adults in small group sessions incorporating resistance training with bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, skipping, boxes, kettlebells and much more.
