Classes for Adults

Adult classes are about increasing confidence and instilling a sense of well-being in each student. Our aim is to create an environment whereby our students can build confidence or restore it in themselves following pressures in life such as being bullied at school, the workplace or any situation where someone has put you down.

These pressures are relieved by becoming part of a friendly, yet strong club, where you are taught by supportive instructors whom individually set you goals and assist you in achieving them one step at a time. Our instructors will help build your mental strength and self confidence to resist negative peer pressure; your newfound confidence can help to keep negative influences away from you.
