On 22nd August 2015 Impact Taekwon-Do sent fifteen competitors to the ITF Australia National Championships. Organisations in attendance included the following: –

The team had been preparing for the last three months and were very excited to be competing. For some students it was their first time competing. The team performed very well overall.

Special congratulations to Anoushka Iyer for winning Overall Junior Female Champion of the tournament. This was Anouskha’s first tournament as a yellow belt.

Congratulations to Leon Sejranovic and Mahdi Hassan for winning 1st place in all three of their events.

Thank you to Mr and Mrs Harper for such a well run tournament.

Thank you to Mr Kelly and Mr El-Shiek coming from interstate to officiate.

Thank you to the team supporters, parents, coaches and students for helping out on the day to make it successful.

The team won eighteen 1st place trophies, eleven 2nd place trophies and ten 3rd place trophies taking almost half of the available trophies.

It was our best result so far at any tournament.
