For the past two months we have had the privilege of having Miss Kristy Leong (3rd Dan black belt) from International Taekwon-Do NZ visit our Do-jang. She is the student of good friend Mr Kane Raukura 6th Dan and trains at Dragon Spirit in Papatoetoe New Zealand. She is a world renowned International competitor for over the last 6 years. She was former World Champion for Power breaking and current Vice-World Champion. She has also been a successful member of the New Zealand Patterns and Power team over these years.
During this time we have been able to work together to share our Taekwon-Do knowledge. She has been fantastic with our students and they have learnt a lot from her vast experience and have demonstrated significant improvements with her very unique coaching style.
It is sad to see her leave. On behalf of all the students at Impact Taekwon-Do Australia we thank her for her time and support and we wish her the very best with your future endeavours.
