Based in North Melbourne, Impact Taekwon-Do Australia aims to build a community of like-minded people who strive together to further develop their knowledge of Taekwon-Do. By practicing Taekwon-Do you will improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and body awareness. On top of this, Taekwon-Do builds on fundamental life skills such as self-confidence, self-esteem, social interaction, cultural awareness and a positive self-image.
